Join a new sport! While you may not be able to join a new sport stuck at home, but once you are out of the house again, consider joining a summer sport! There are many summer sport programs at the Galena High School that will keep you fit.
Some of the summer sports at GHS are track and field, softball and baseball, and soccer. All these sports involve lots of running which is something your body will thank you later. Another benefit of joining a summer sport is that you will make many new friends and possibly find your passion! While this isn’t a health benefit, making new friends or finding your passion is all in your advantage!
