The Pub's class of 24-25 practicing using the cameras and taking pictures. The jokes and laughs that happened brought smiles to everyone's faces and helped the class have a better time with more enjoyment with each other. Mason Smith ‘26 “The check bump me and Cael did before this was amazing to see with the good camera (Maui) that got almost every second of the moment”.

High energy plays! On December 14, Galena Boy’s Basketball suffered a loss against Rockford Lutheran in the Eastland Holiday tournament. The team had a dominant third quarter performance with their comeback.

Many athletes this year have given up their sport and many other athletes have made huge commitments. Here is a collage of all the amazing athletes that are focused on this year. "I'm glad I was able to share my perspective on why I choose to quit football, as well as give other athlete's to share their stories," Koeings '26 shares about his thoughts of this article.
From Passion to Pressure
Together united! The girls stand together as the National Anthem plays before the start of their game against Riverdale, a tradition that has been around since 1918. “We didn’t win but were still aggressive, wanting that win when we went to overtime,” said Hulschuer ‘26, “If we could’ve done something differently, we should’ve started the game stronger.”

Feeling proud, Justo Aguirre Marin ‘27 poses for a photo after receiving the Rotary Student of the Quarter.
