Julia scored 2 goals in the 3-1 win over Pecatonica in the team’s opening victory of the season. Coach Jorden Rijpma said, “As a center mid she was all over the field helping the pirates win the ball back and setting up attacking plays. Julia is a great captain who leads by example.”
