Owen Hefel Varsity Baseball
Owen had a great outing on the mound pitching a no-hitter and leading the Pirates to their first victory of the season. Owen pitched 7 innings, gave up 0 hits, 11 strikeouts, and 0 walks. He also had a hit and a walk and scored a run at the plate. Coach Ty Hartman said, “Owen pitched extremely well. He got ahead in counts and kept attacking hitters using all his pitches. He kept his foot on the gas the entire game and led us to our first win of the season!”
