Feeling accomplished, Sara Perez-Carrillo '27 poses with her mom, Maria Carrillo Cobo, while proudly holding up her award. They were invited to the DeSoto house for a lunch in and to receive the award. "I was very proud of myself when I found out I won and had a great time with my mom at the DeSoto House!" says Perez-Carrillo.
