Coach Michael Eyres said, “Andrew went from it straight from the gun and was in the back of the lead pack through halfway. He came through the first mile in 4:43 which was almost a mile PR and then hung on to the chase pack to still finish strong. He is still fairly new to this type of running, and this experience will help him greatly come outdoor season. Drews consistent hard work continues to pay off.”
