Pirate Competitor of the Week – Kendra Bauer Varsity Softball Coach Ryan Zmich said, “Kendra has been starting Shortstop for us all year and has locked down that position, with a strong arm & quick reflexes, it helps her to get to the ball that most shortstops couldn’t get to. At the plate, she’s batting cleanup and leads the team in RBI’s. Kendra’s coachability has helped her improve every season & I see that continuing next season as well!”
Other Nominations
Issy Ford JV/Varsity Softball – Coach Sarah Rosenthal said, “Issy who is a Sophomore, has elevated her performance at the plate over the past couple of weeks, delivering strong at-bats and coming through with clutch hits that have played a key role in JV’s impressive 13-2-1 record. Her focus at the plate has not gone unnoticed!”
Casey Mann JV/Varsity Softball – Coach Sarah Rosenthal commented, “Freshman Casey Mann has consistently been the kind of athlete who steps up wherever she’s needed—whether it’s in the outfield, infield, at the plate, or on the bases. She brings heart and relentless effort to everything she does. Her determination is something every athlete can look up to, and her performance has only grown stronger since day one. We’re excited to watch her softball journey continue.”
