It is time to take the stage once again, GHS! Auditions for the Drama Club’s production of It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play are this upcoming Tuesday, September 9th at 6:00 in Ms. AB’s room. No preparation necessary! Just pick up an audition packet outside of Ms. AB’s room, fill it out with your parents, and join us for the fun this Tuesday. See you there!

Are you a junior or senior and would like to see what Highland Community College is all about? Mrs. Deppe will be taking students to Experience Highland on October 3rd. Students will take a campus tour, see classrooms, meet instructors, and have lunch before returning to GHS. If you are interested, please email Mrs. Deppe by the end of the day on Monday.
A4 and B4 Honors Bio Students: You may now sign up to participate in the 4th-grade field day outside of Mrs. Bradbury’s room. The first 6 students to sign up will get to go!
Reminder: To sign out for HR release, if you qualify, the release form must be signed by a parent and returned to the office by Friday. The release may be turned in after that, but there will be a waiting period before you are allowed to take advantage of the HR release.
Reminder to those who turned in their permission slips for the Homecoming Dance, your out-of-school date must bring an ID to show at the door.

It’s time for the results of our Class Color Dress-Up Day! Coming in 4th place wearing purple, the Freshmen! In 3rd place, sporting red, the Juniors! Taking 2nd place, in pink, the Sophomores! And in 1st place, rocking orange, a huge congratulations to the Seniors!
