On April 16th, the Class of 2025 made memories that will last a lifetime during their long-awaited senior trip to Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells. The day was filled with fun and lots of pizza.
The trip started with some swimming at Kalahari’s massive indoor waterpark. Seniors played in the wave pool, rode the surf simulator, relaxed in the hot tub, and slid down the water slides. Whether it was racing friends or floating down the lazy river, everyone found their favorite way to enjoy the water.
After swimming, the class dried off and recharged with pizza and soda before heading to Tom Foolery’s Adventure Park, a huge arcade and indoor amusement space connected to the resort. Students could play all kinds of arcade games, race on the go-karts, climb rock walls, tackle obstacle courses, and even fit in a round of mini golf. With lights flashing and music playing, everyone was having a great time.
For students who wanted a break from the games, there was an option to head to the nearby outlet mall at 3:30 p.m. to shop. Whether grabbing snacks, souvenirs, or just browsing the stores, it was a fun alternative that allowed everyone to enjoy the afternoon their way.
To top off the day, the group headed to Pizza Ranch for a buffet-style dinner. From chicken to dessert pizza, there was something for everyone, and the seniors made sure to load up before the ride home.
The bus ride back was anything but quiet. Debates, music, and stories filled the bus as everyone wound down after the great day. The senior trip was a perfect send-off for a class that’s shared so many great moments. One thing’s for sure: the Class of 2025 knows how to make a splash.
