The GHS FFA Membership has grown over the last years. Students involved in FFA do more than people think they do. FFA lis focused on creating students who will become leaders in their community, and through a wide variety of activites GHS students are learning those skills. Speeding past the defense. Kate Moran ‘21, goes in for a lay up after a steal and a fast break. The Pirates played the Orangeville Broncos that evening and beat them by a score of 41-11. “When you get a fast break, all eyes are on you,” said Moran. “I just focus on beating the defense down the court and making my lay up!”

Hefel said, “I like getting to be apart of the varsity team. I have worked hard to get to this spot, and it is such an honor to be able to play and have such amazing role models.”
